All household placement cases are considered by us to be a unique situation for both you and your new caregiver. Our specialized hiring process will allow you to find a caregiver that will provide all the necessary services you and your family require. We will help provide you with the nanny or housekeeper you really want.

WHAT NOT TO EXPECT

We will not operate as an open free for all nanny or housekeeper "farm".
We do not maintain large unreliable databases of useless people and resumes.
We do not maintain a working pool of people with whom we are forced to place.
We cannot provide unscreened nannies or housekeepers to our customers.

While you may laugh and say, "Who would"? You would be surprised as to who actually does. Today countless number of people use the internet to waste their time and money searching through unreliable databases, that contain hoards of useless people and resumes. All with the hope of finding a gem to help watch over your family. Our unique hiring process will stop this nonsense in it's tracks. We will help you find the nanny or housekeeper you really want.

Hire The Nanny or Housekeeper You Really Want

	Our process begins with a family survey that is fully completed by you. This survey will cover everything from duties, hours, living situation, salary and special arrangements. You are even free to add anything else you require in the survey. This survey can either be mailed or emailed to you for completion.

	You will then fill out the survey completely. During this time our staff is available to help answer any questions. We can help with questions like, "Taxes", "Payroll" and "Insurance Issues". Upon completing the survey you will then submit your payment for $795.00 along with returning your survey to us. At Home Care will then review your paperwork and contact you with any clarifications prior to job placement.

	Your work order is now complete and ready to be submitted. Your nanny or housekeeper position is ready to be posted on all our active placement carriers. We constantly maintain membership with national career placement firms such as Monster.com, CareerBuilder.com, HotJobs.com and a host of other publications. We believe each and every placement is unique and that is why each job placement is unique as well.

	Once matching candidates apply, we personally phone screen all applicants and cover the results of your survey with the candidates. These fresh applicants are usually just re-entering the workplace and seeking a new opportunity. These new candidates have just reviewed all your requirements from the results of your survey and are qualified.

	We will then schedule a mini interview between you and the candidates. It may be done at your location or ours even over the phone if you prefer. Once top candidates are chosen they must be process through our SafeHire System for you and your families protection. Results are usually available in 48 to 72 hours. Only then is the candidate released to employment.
