You maybe eligible to receive FREE donated durable medical equipment and caregiver supplies to assist you with your care and recovery. At Home Care, LLC is a home health care agency located in Trevose, Pennsylvania and is currently serving the Delaware Valley Metro area. We proudly provide in home care and assistance to those in need of these services. At Home Care understands the national health crisis we all face with today's health insurance coverage and is doing it's part to help those in need. Prescriptions, caregiver supplies and medical equipment are at the forefront of this American tragedy. Faced with skyrocketing costs and devastating cutbacks today's needy are being trampled under an ineffective system.

You may be eligible to receive donated durable medical equipment and supplies regardless of who is providing your care. At Home Care will work with you, a caregiver or existing home health care agency to help you get the durable medical equipment or caregiver supplies you need, but cannot afford. Please take a moment and fill out the request form listed below and start the process. Please provide as much information as possible and note, that we do not currently fill prescribed orders here.
